How to Play Never Have I Ever

Classic Confession Game Rules

Players take turns generating a new statement that begins with "Never have I ever...". Anyone in the group who has actually done what the statement describes admits it, traditionally losing a point or putting down a finger. This page tracks both the "I Have Done This" and "Never Have I Ever" tallies live so groups can keep score without pen and paper.

Category and Age-Gate System

Statements are organized into six categories: Family, School, Travel, Food, Couples, and an optional Party category. The Party category contains more mature prompts and stays hidden by default until a player explicitly enables 18+ Party Mode and confirms an age-gate prompt, keeping the default experience safe for general audiences.

Example Statement and Session Flow

A typical clean prompt reads something like "Never have I ever fallen asleep during a movie at the cinema." Tapping Generate Next Statement pulls a new prompt from whichever categories are active, and the session tries not to repeat a statement until the pool for that selection has been cycled through.

When to Use This Generator

It works well for sleepovers, family game nights, road trips, and virtual hangouts where one host reads statements aloud while others respond on camera or in chat. Pair it with the Would You Rather Generator or Truth or Dare for a longer party game rotation.
