Domain Length and Structure Rules
Search-friendly domains generally stay under 15 characters, avoid hyphens and numbers, and skip words that are easy to misspell, because every extra character or symbol increases the chance of a typo or a lost visitor. Hyphens in particular can make a domain look less trustworthy and are ignored when people say the domain aloud, so most brandable names combine two short words directly instead of separating them with a dash.
